Our Basic Powerlifting program is designed to build a strong foundation in the squat, bench press, and deadlift across a structured 5-week training block with 4 sessions per week. Whether you're new to powerlifting or returning after time off, this program is ideal for developing consistent technique, improving strength, and building momentum.

Each block includes:

A logical progression across the 5 weeks

A built-in deload week to support recovery and long-term gains
